Shopify, Built and Run for You

Shopify is the right tool for selling products, and it is very good at it. Getting the theme, the payments and the Malta VAT right is a different job, and it is the one we do.

Why Us

The Platform Is the Easy Part

Anyone can start a Shopify trial. The gap between a trial and a store that sells is where the money is.

Keep Your Margins

Shopify adds up to 2% on every order when you use an outside payment processor. Set up on the right one, that fee disappears. On 100 orders a month it is the difference between a good year and a flat one.

Pages That Load, Not Buffer

Around 70% of carts get abandoned before checkout as a baseline. A store carrying twelve apps nobody reviewed makes that worse, and you never see the customers who gave up waiting.

Set Up for Malta

VAT at 18% displaying the way local shoppers expect, and a payment setup that suits a Maltese business rather than one copied from an American walkthrough.

You Run the Business, We Run the Store

New product line, updated shipping rates, a seasonal campaign. Message Duane and it gets done, rather than it waiting until you have a free evening that never arrives.

"We brought Solveita in to redesign our website from the ground up. They handled everything: wireframes, mockups, homepage, service pages, case studies, contact flow. All optimized for SEO. Engagement is up, bounce rates are down, and clients have commented on how easy the site is to navigate. Every milestone was hit on schedule. What impressed me most was how proactive they were."

Shopify Questions

Yes. Shopify is our default recommendation for selling physical products in Malta. We build the store, set up payments and VAT, migrate your products, and run it after launch so you are not learning the platform yourself at 11pm.

Our build is scoped and quoted after a discovery call, starting from €747 setup with the monthly priced per project. On top of that you pay Shopify directly for your plan, which starts from €39 a month. See all plans and pricing.

Yes, Malta is supported. That matters more than most people realise, because Shopify charges an extra fee on every sale when you use a different processor: 2% on Basic, 1% on Grow and 0.6% on Advanced, on top of your processor's own rate. Using Shopify Payments avoids that entirely, and setting it up correctly is one of the first things we do.

Shopify if you want the shop to run itself, with hosting, security and updates handled by the platform and support available at 2am. WooCommerce if you already run WordPress, want lower monthly costs, or want full control over how the shop behaves. Both are good. Duane recommends one after a discovery call. We compare the two for Malta here.

Yes. Products, variations, customer accounts, order history and your existing search rankings come across. URLs get mapped over properly so the traffic you have already earned does not disappear the week you relaunch.

No, and we would talk you out of it. Shopify runs the whole site, not only the shop, so the service pages, the brand pages and the lead forms are built on the same Shopify site as your products. One site to update, one look throughout, and nothing to keep in sync. One website is what we recommend every time.

A store with a clean product catalogue is usually live in 2 to 4 weeks, because the selling engine already exists and the work is design, configuration and migration. Larger catalogues take longer, and you get a real timeline after the discovery call.

Yes. Shopify hosts the store and keeps the platform itself updated, so there is no hosting bill from us. What we look after is everything on top: theme changes, new products, app reviews, speed and the seasonal work. That runs as a monthly plan quoted with your build.

Ready to Sell on Shopify?

A store can look fine and still lose the sale at the payment step, in the shipping options, or on a product page that takes five seconds to load. None of it shows up in your dashboard, only in the orders that never arrive. One free call and you will know where yours is losing them.
